And thus, we have over 400 m2 of floor area with overhead cranes where our highly skilled technicians work their magic:
- Welding of most metals including stainless steel, aluminium, steel and Q&T steel
- Fabrication from drawing
- Build-up work internal and external, e.g. bores, bearing journals, seal areas and bolting surfaces
- Induction heating of components for work at high temperatures
- Structural and fabrication repairs
- Arc air gouging
- Crack repairs
- Hard facing
- Custom metal fabrication
- Engineering fabrication
- Mag particle crack testing of components in-house (engage third party to do reports when cracks are present)
- Engage third party to do ultrasonic crack testing
